Julia Clouter is an international speaker and education specialist with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of inclusive pedagogy and assistive technology (AT).
 

As a qualified teacher, SENCo, and Local Education Authority advisor, Julia bridges the gap between high-level policy and classroom reality.
 

As a neurodivergent practitioner, Julia brings authentic, lived-experience insight to her work. 
 

She is dedicated to reframing neurodiversity, moving away from deficit-led narratives toward systems that honour human potential through ethical, human-centred innovation. 

Julia is the founder of Ask The SENCo 

She is  a published author, currently writing The SENCo's Compass for Taylor Routledge.
